Texas bluebonnets

A fun little postcard with tiny French knots in varying shades of periwinkle, cerulean and sky blue to replicate beautiful bluebonnets in a field. 

The embroidery is created directly onto the vintage postcard using French cotton embroidery thread and hand-dyed cotton thread. 

The vintage postcard measures about 3.5"x5.5" and will arrive unframed. The artwork will be signed and dated in pencil on the back. A certificate of authenticity is included. Due to the postcard's age, there is discoloration / wear and tear on the edges, as captured in the images.

Please note: This postcard won the blue ribbon at the Texas State Fair this year and will be on display until the end of October. This postcard will be shipped to you after the exhibition.
