Memory medallion - artist sample - trees

I found these vintage bezels at an antique market in Massachusetts this past summer and knew they were the perfect frames for little stitched photos. I love how tiny and tactile they are and how the soft threads contrast with the beautiful brass and the perfectly imperfect patina.

This tiny piece was my first test piece for these bezels. It is not cut perfectly to fit the bezel, and the edges are slightly rough, but it still has a lot of charm, and I'd love for it to bring a little joy (literally!) into someone's home. The stitched piece measures about 0.75"x1"; with the bezel, it measures 1.125"x 1.25".

This piece has a small loop that can be tacked onto a wall, but it can also be mounted inside another frame for a more traditional display.
